Gordon Armstrong
ATTORNEY
Gordon earned a BA from the University of Alabama in 1986 and his JD from the University of Alabama School of Law in 1989. He is admitted to practice in the state of Alabama, the US District Court for the Southern, Middle and Northern Districts of Alabama, the US Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, and the US Supreme Court. In his diverse practice, Gordon has a heavy concentration in Healthcare Law and is a member of numerous local, state, and national organizations including the American Collectors Association and HFMA. He has an extensive background in collection law and routinely battles insurance companies, enforces statutory hospital liens, and files collection suits. He also serves as a Special Judge in the District Court of Mobile County.
Dale Watts

After completing a degree in Physics, Dale earned a Master of Science in Computer and Information Sciences from the University of South Alabama. He has over 25 years experience in varied aspects of the Accounts Receivable management field working in hospital patient accounts and hospital information systems. He developed numerous programs that reduced key strokes, improved the flow and acceptance of data and improved overall operational efficiency. His experience in the bad debt collections industry encompasses national and regional firms. Dale was on the Board of Directors for Lifelines Counseling which offers credit counseling, rape crisis counseling, and family counseling.
