Collection Technology

Cloud-based learning tools

This software is used to track knowledge retention and identify areas for follow up training. 

Multi-step scrubbing process

All accounts entering our system are scrubbed against Armstrong and Associates custom address correction software, national change of address database, deceased listings, and bankruptcy filings.

Speech analytics software

This tool allows us to monitor all calls, incoming and outgoing, for risks to our strict compliance guidelines.  If risks are identified, compliance supervisors are alerted and can intervene immediately if needed. 

Custom Scoring Algorithm

We have developed proprietary algorithms and statistical models to determine the frequency and timing of communication attempts.  These algorithms are modified based on client requirements and state specific laws.
