Armstrong System founded by F.E. Armstrong.  Name later changed to Mobile Adjustment Service.

Nationwide growth prompted the company to change the name from Mobile Adjustment Service to Armstrong & Associates.

Pro Data Systems, a healthcare data processing division, started as a division of Armstrong & Associates.

Law Office of Gordon G Armstrong, III became legal counsel to Armstrong & Associates.  Gordon is 4th generation in the family business.

CARE Professional Services formed as extended business office division of Armstrong & Associates.

Explosive growth of Pro Data (well over 200 employees) results in buy out of Pro Data by Vencor, a specialized hospital chain that purchased The Hillhaven Corporation in 1995.

CARE Professional Services expands mail production center.

Armstrong & Associates celebrates its centennial anniversary.
